KIET Established in 1998, KIET Deemed to be University has built a strong legacy of academic excellence, integrity, and societal responsibility. Over the past 27+ years, the institution has steadily evolved, focusing on delivering skill-oriented and professionally relevant education, supporting students in building strong academic and career pathways. The University upholds high academic standards, reflected in its NAAC A+ accreditation, NBA accreditation for all eligible programmes, and consistent recognition in NIRF and IIRF rankings, along with the QS I-Gauge Diamond Rating. In recognition of its academic maturity and governance framework, KIET was granted Autonomous Status in 2024 and subsequently conferred Deemed to be University status under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, in November 2025.
